Some of our best smartphones have always come from Samsung’s Galaxy smartphone brand, and the newly released Galaxy S24 series is no exception. Among the greatest Android phones available in 2024 are the S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra, which come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPUs and gorgeous screens. To ease some of the financial strain, you’ll probably want to look for sales and discounts since the most affordable model in the S24 series costs $800. Thankfully, we’ve done all the research and have compiled a list of the greatest S24 offers currently available below.
When it comes to smartphones, there are basically two kinds of deals: carrier promotions and quick discounts, which are usually provided by manufacturers and their retail partners. The former is better suited for those who want to purchase the phone entirely and is essentially headache-free. The latter may result in significant savings, but it will involve a combination of line activation, trade-in of old devices, upgrading, and long-term commitment to a cellular carrier.
Right now, greatest Buy and Samsung are offering the greatest quick discounts. Best Buy will take up to $150 off your phone purchase without requiring same-day activation or a trade-in, while Samsung will give you up to $100 in free instant Samsung Credit on certain S24 models. Regarding carrier offers, AT&T and Verizon are prepared to deduct up to $1,000 off the cost of your S24 device in exchange for a trade-in and a 36-month payment schedule. In summary, there are now several offers available for Samsung’s newest flagship phones.
How much does the Galaxy S24 series cost?
The price tags for the Top Galaxy S24 offers are rather high for all three variants. Here are all of the costs for the basic model in the United States.
- Samsung Galaxy S24: Starting at $800 (8GB RAM, 128GB)
- Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus: Starting at $1,000 (12GB RAM, 256GB)
- Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra: Starting $1,300 (12GB RAM, 256GB)
The beginning pricing of the Galaxy S24 and S24+ is still the same as it was for the phone from the previous year, while the S24 Ultra now starts at $100 more. It’s very unexpected that the Ultra’s price has risen to almost the same as many of the greatest Galaxy Z Fold 5 prices, even if the titanium body is probably a major contributing cost.
Naturally, the price of all phones increases as storage or RAM are added. While the Galaxy S24+ has 12GB of RAM in all configurations and offers the option of 512GB of storage if you want to pay extra, the Galaxy S24 can only be upgraded to 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM. The internal storage choices for the S24 Ultra are 1TB and 512GB. If you’d like, you may also upgrade.
Is the Galaxy S24 series worth an upgrade?
Given the current abundance of fantastic trade-in offers, you may be considering if it makes sense to replace your Galaxy S23 with a more recent model. How much can a phone change in a year, after all?
During our hands-on preview of the Galaxy S24 and S24+ models, we saw no significant improvements that would make the phone a necessity for anybody who owns a Galaxy S23 or S23+. But given the nature of AT&T and Verizon’s trade-in offers, which provide free upgrades to customers trading in any Galaxy phone in any condition, that bargain could be too good to refuse. Of course, Samsung’s trade-in deals are a terrific opportunity to save a significant chunk of the initial cost if you’re not a fan of those carriers.
