Google Assistant.. An odd fault has been reported on X that affects Pixel phones; instead of disabling all alarms, the Google Assistant erases them all.
Artem Russakovskii was the first to notice this issue; he reported that all fifty of his alerts had been removed, even though forty-nine of them were inactive. Artem was attempting to deactivate an alarm on a speaker in a different room when the glitch happened, and he was able to reproduce the incident.
This issue may have been there for some time, since a second person in the discussion acknowledged having spotted it a few months ago. We will provide you with an update whenever we hear back from Google on their reply.
Investigating the matter further, Android Authority found that instructing the assistant on the Google Pixel 8 and Google Pixel 7 to disable all alarms really resulted in their deletion. The same issue was confirmed when we conducted our own tests on a Pixel 6 Pro and a Pixle 4a 4G. Nevertheless, this issue does not manifest on any other non-Pixel smartphones that are equipped with the Google Assistant.
Just found that all of my alarms were gone on my Pixel 8 Pro. Has anyone ever had this happen? I have no idea how they disappeared.
I had like 50 of them (1 active). pic.twitter.com/IvD1rHp1Ed

In the last several months, we have seen many bugs with Pixel devices. The phones would be stuck in a boot loop all the time until Google released a fix for Android 14 last year.
Although it is frustrating for consumers with several alarms, this flaw is thankfully less of a headache than that previous one. The code is probably at fault, and fixing it should be rather simple; yet, if the problem has persisted for months, Google may not even be aware of it.
Great phones are a hallmark of the Google Pixel line, and the incoming 8a is sure to be no exception. Little things like these may drive customers away from the brand, so here’s hoping Google comes up with a solution soon.
