‘Mayor of Kingstown’
We would like to welcome you to another series that follows a strong family that engages in some rather dirty business operations. This series is called “Mayor. Rather than dealing with narcotics, the McLusky family is dealing with the criminal justice system. The only game that matters in the imaginary town of Kingstown, which is marked by a high rate of criminal activity, is the business of jail. The McLusky family is in charge of acting as a mediator between all of the actors involved in the prison sector, from the law enforcement agencies to the criminal organizations.
Despite the fact that the family is politically influential, they do not precisely emanate an air of aristocracy, and neither do their residences. The main cast of the 2021 series includes Jeremy Renner, who plays Mike McLusky, Taylor Handley, who plays Kyle McLusky, Hugh Dillon, who plays Ian, Tobi Bamtefa, who plays Deverin Washington, and Dianne Wiest, who plays Mariam McLusky. The audience score for the program on Rotten Tomatoes is 90%, despite the fact that the majority of reviewers have a negative opinion of it. ‘Weeds’

While it may not seem to be a good choice for a drug family show, “The Fall of the House of Usher” really has a core that is highly pertinent to the topic at hand. In a manner similar to “The Gentleman,” the Edgar Allan Poe-inspired serial revolves on a family that is very dysfunctional and is manipulated by its father. The pharmaceutical industry is the family business, despite the fact that it is just as murky as the drug trade.
All of the episodes in the series are based on Poe stories, therefore it is not surprising that there are a great deal of supernatural aspects to the show as well. On the other hand, the dynamics of the family, many instances of dry humor, and the backstabbing are all on par.

‘Good Girls’
The 2018 television program “Good Girls” is yet another funny (although often intense) series about normal people who turn into criminals. There are three suburbanites, Christina Hendricks (played by Beth Boland), Retta (played by Ruby Hill), and Mae Whittman (played by Annie Marks), who are confronted with a difficult situation and decide to create a money laundering enterprise. As is the case with the majority of illicit organizations, the initiative causes the ladies to get involved in the realms of murder and narcotics to the point that they are no longer identifiable. Other cast members, such as Reno Wilson (who played Stan Hill), Manny Montana (who played Rio), and Matthew Lillard (who played Dean Boland), were included in the Jenna Bans series, which aired for a total of six seasons.
